Requirements:
1.Undergraduate, under the age of 35 5 years work experience (MBA is preferred);

2. Have Communications or electronics engineering background, strong communication and coordination ability;

3. Have Government-based working experience and knows national standard-setting process is preferred;
4. Have an excellent writing ability on feasible business report (plan) and the experience of bidding;

5. Have Strong English ability, and is competent for international communication.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the tracking, constitution and technical communication of audio and video standard in digital television broadcasting project;

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

R&D Development

1. Senior arithmetic application engineer

Responsibilities
1.Deeply understand the DRA arithmetic, apply, develop and optimize encoding and decoding source code; compile development files and support log files;
2. Provide source code support on encoding/ decoding chips and encoder manufacturers;

3. Cooperate with “terminal products development technical support “engineers, according to the requirements of calling interface and resource limitations, etc, create decoding library on the provided compile platforms;

4. Cooperate with “encoder development” engineers, according to the requirements of calling interface, resource limitations and coding quality, etc , create decoding library on the provided compile platforms;
5. Do Arithmetic application research and provide support.

Requirements:
Master degree or above, major in signal processing or equivalent, strong theoretical base and programming abilities.

2. Terminal technical support engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Research on AV player application development under varied platforms, develop the player supported DRA, apply and test the decoding package provided by” algorithmic application research and support” engineer, write development and support log files;

2. Package support for mobile phone, STB, or another terminal manufactures;

3.Communicate with terminal manufactures, define coder library interface and resource limitation, construct compile environment for fixed interfaces on given terminal platforms and development tools, and provide it to” algorithmic application research and support” engineer;
4. Collect customer opinion on decoding library and, feed them back to “algorithmic application research and support” engineer.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or above in EE, computer or related field’s major. Outstanding ability in programming and have abundant knowledge of multimedia development.
2.Proficient in Windows、Linux、Symbian and DSP etc,.

3. Hardware authentication engineer

Responsibilities

1. Support coder products application;

2. Good knowledge of DRA professional coder function and operation methods, field support for broadcasting operator, write product instruction and support log files;
3. Train operators and users for product operation;
4.Collect user’s opinions on operation, feed back them to” encoder development” engineer,

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree, EE, computer or related;
2. Some work experience, good communication and expression skills, and excellent ability of dealing with problems on the spot.

4. Product application support engineer -----5

Responsibilities

1、Provide technical support on front-end system products such as encoder.负

2、Be familiar with the working principles and using method of DRA encoder, provide on-site support for radio operators; compile the product manuals and the log files.

3、Provide the operator user with training on how to use DRA audio products;

4、Collect user opinions.

Requirements:
1、Academy and above, major in communications engineering, electronic engineering, computer and other related professionals

2、Understand video and audio technology.

3、Good communication and expression skills, and excellent ability of dealing with problems on the spot.

5. Software development management Engineers – 2

Responsibilities

1. Assist the development manager to complete the development plan according to different goals, constitute project implementation documents and code management;
2 Responsible for technical development and testing process management;

3. Participate in software development on the system layer.

Requirements:
1.Undergraduate and above, majored in communications engineering, electronic engineering, computer and other related professionals;
2, Have a deep understanding of the software development ,and audio and video software development work experience;
3.Serious and meticulous work attitude;
4.Good communication skills in both Chinese and English language.

6. System R & D and technical support engineer - 3

Responsibilities

1. Make a in-depth study of transmission systems and protocol standards, develop the of audio and video encoder, multiplexer and software products in digital TV, IPTV and other front-end system; compile development documents and support log files;

2. Develop DRA audio encoders and other products by applying and testing the encoding library provided by “senior algorithm application engineer”;

3. Provide cooperative encoder manufacturers with package-library-level technical support;

4.Stipulate the database interface, resource constraints and code improvement requirements of encoding library, build the compile environment for stipulated interface on the basis of specialized platform and develop tools, provide it t o" senior algorithm application engineer".

Requirements:
1.Undergraduate and above, majored in communications engineering, electronic engineering, computer and other related professionals;

2. Good audio and video codec and theoretical basis and C programming language ability;

3. Familiar with the MPEG-TS, RTP / RTSP, MMS, and other systems and transfer protocol;

4. Have certain development experience of x86, DSP, ARM, FPGA, TCP / UDP, and so on.
